2. Purpose: 

Demolding of cold core boxes.

Instructions:

Solvent dilutable release agent:

1) Use cleaning agent to clean the surface of the model (core box) (especially the exhaust plug), and use compressed air to blow away the residual liquid on the surface of the model (core box);

2) Use a spray gun to spray, and after even application, you can fill the core with sand without waiting or forced drying;

3) Release agent should be sprayed every 30 times to minimize scale accumulation on the model (core box) and ensure continuous production.
