1.2. Special Metal Filter for Aluminum Liquid

(1) Galvanized wire mesh: This product has high strength, good toughness, high passing rate due to its fine wire diameter, and is easy to form. Since the iron increase in the aluminum liquid will affect the mechanical properties of the castings, the iron wire filter will easily add iron elements to the aluminum solution during the flushing process, so the riser cannot be returned to the furnace for secondary use, and the overall cost is high.

2. High Silica Fiberglass Filter Product Introduction：

The high-silica fiberglass cast filter is a mesh with a certain stiffness made of high-silica fiberglass mesh and molded gauze as the base material, and coated with high-temperature resistant paint on the surface. Used for smelting metal purification and filtration, effectively improving casting quality and casting qualification rate. This filter has the characteristics of good high temperature resistance, resistance to metal melt erosion, low gas production, good filtering effect, easy and economical use, etc. During the use of high-silica series casting filters, the filters can be cut into products of any specifications and placed on the parting surface of the sprue. When the box is closed and pressed, if the filter and slag bag are used in combination, the effect will be better.
