Instructions:

This product is used together with self-hardening furan resin.

Depending on the temperature, humidity and sand temperature, different types of curing agents can be used to obtain satisfactory curing effects.

Ratio:

Raw sand: 100 Curing agent: 30%-70% of resin weight Resin: Adding amount 0.6-1.8

Sand mixing:

First add the curing agent to the original sand, mix for 30-60 seconds, then add the resin and mix for 30-60 seconds, until the mixture is even.

After sand mixing is completed, please mold it into a core immediately to avoid resin failure.

Packaging and storage:

Sealed packaging in plastic drum, net weight 260kg or 1000kg

Safety Precautions:

Please store in a ventilated and cool place, away from direct sunlight and no open flames.

It is strictly prohibited to mix directly with resin to avoid dangerous accidents.

Wear labor protection equipment when using it. If it accidentally comes into contact with the body, wash it immediately with clean water and receive medical treatment if necessary.
